Disney World - Day 2 (Magic Kingdom)

Our first full day was filled with magic as we had breakfast at Chef Mickey's and spent the day at Magic Kingdom. Breakfast was so good. Kirk and I filled up on the breakfast buffet while the girls enjoyed seeing Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy. We absolutely loved the variety of food and of course, the Mickey waffles!

Next.... a boat ride over to Magic Kingdom.  It's really so easy to get around WDW.  There are boats, buses, and tram.  The girls loved riding all of them.

Let me just say, I cried walking up to the castle.  It's amazing seeing something like the Magic Kingdom castle your whole life on videos, pictures, and commercials and then experiencing it in person.  Words couldn't describe my happiness and joy being there with my family and seeing Magic Kingdom for the first time all together.

When we were having our pictures taken (PhotoPass+), the photographer asked the girls to pretend they were looking at something in their hands.  Well, imagine our surprise when we ordered this photo and it's Tinkerbell!  I added a little sparkle and the photo is so cute!

Time for one of the shows!

Now, time for the Magic Carpet ride!  Holland loved making us go up and down and Britton loved riding.

We grabbed some lunch and went back to the hotel for a nap.  The girls were pooped.  After nap, we changed clothes and headed back to Magic Kingdom for supper, more rides, and the fireworks.

Ahhh, the Dumbo ride.  I've seen this on commercials for years and always wanted to ride it.

Under the Sea was the coolest ride.  We all loved it!

The nighttime show consists of the castle changing colors every minute or so, then a 15 minute musical show projected on to the castle that had every Disney movie featured in it, then the fireworks!  The girls LOVED it all!  It was cool, they were comfy in the stroller, and we were at a great spot.

And................ I cried again during the fireworks.  Words couldn't describe my happiness seeing the fireworks in person.  So awesome!

The pictures below are from Disney.  I recorded the fireworks instead of taking a bunch pictures.  :)
